SUMMARY:
Wrongful death; beneficiaries. Grants priority to proceeds of a wrongful death recovery to the beneficiaries named in the decedent's will. If there is no will, or if none of the beneficiaries of the decedent's probate estate are living, the damages will be awarded to the current classes of statutory beneficiaries in the specified order of priority.
