SUMMARY:

Jail authorities; charge for services. Prohibits jail authorities, as a part of the contract for services, from requiring providers of services to the project to lease space at the project site. Similar provisions already exist in the bingo statute with regard to conditions on landlords and respective contracts with bingo operators.
