SUMMARY:
Indigent medical services. Requires certain health care practitioners to (i) submit an annual report of how many patients they treated, the number of those patients who qualified as indigent, and special payment terms offered to indigent clients and (ii) participate as a provider of services under the state plan for medical assistance services unless the benefits are provided under the Options or Medallion II programs.
