SUMMARY:
Bail; sex offenders. Creates a rebuttable presumption that persons charged with specified felony sex offenses ( those for which life imprisonment may be imposed upon a second conviction) who the magistrate finds have been previously convicted of one of those specified offenses is not a proper person to be admitted to bail.
