Sales and use tax exemption; Alternatives, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption for purchases made by a nonprofit organization exemption from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and which is organized to provide solution-focused youth development programs which help young people contribute positively to their own health and creativity and to the quality of their community.
