RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointments made by the Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections to the State Health Benefits Advisory Council pursuant to § 2.1-20.1:01 of the Code of Virginia:

Patrick W. Finnerty, 15217 Windy Ridge Road, Midlothian, Virginia 23112, to serve for a term of two years beginning July 1, 1996, to succeed himself; and

Robert L. Taylor, 1801 Mountain Road, Glen Allen, Virginia 23060, to serve for a term of two years beginning July 1, 1996, to succeed Joan H. Munford.
