RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the respective general distrct court judgeships as follows:

David L. Williams, Esquire, of Chesapeake, as a judge of the First Judicial District for a term of six years commencing July 1, 1997.

Timothy S. Wright, Esquire, of Chesapeake, as a judge of the First Judicial District for a term of six years commencing July 1, 1997.

Pamela H. Albert, Esquire, of Virginia Beach, as a judge of the Second Judicial District for a term of six years commencing April 1, 1997.

John H. Underwood, III, Esquire, of Portsmouth, as a judge of the Third Judicial District for a term of six years commencing April 1, 1997.

Dorothy H. Clarke, Esquire, of Arlington, as a judge of the Seventeenth Judicial District for a term of six years commencing March 1, 1997.
