RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the Governor or his designee, the Speaker of the House of Delegates, the President Pro tempore of the Senate, the Clerk of the House of Delegates and the Clerk of the Senate are constituted a committee to contract for and have painted, appropriately framed and placed in the Capitol, subject to review by the Virginia Art and Architectural Review Board, a portrait of Governor George Allen.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the committee so constituted is authorized to expend for such portrait and frame, out of the contingent fund of the General Assembly, a sum sufficient.
