RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment made by the Joint Rules Committee to the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Retirement System:

Elise Lindbloom Emanuel, 110 Willow Drive, Williamsburg, Virginia 23185, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Retirement System, effective March 1, 1997, to serve for a term of five years, ending February 28, 2002, to succeed herself.
