Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 538 of the Acts of Assembly of 1993 is amended and reenacted as follows:

That any sign that (i) was in place on February 1, 1993, near Exit 234-A of Interstate Route 64, (ii) pertained to an amusement park that received at least 125,000 visitors in calendar year 1992, and (iii) was removed by the Department of Transportation after February 1, 1993, shall, as soon as practicable, be reinstalled at that location by the Department and shall be maintained at that location [ until July 1, 1995 1997 ] . Nothing in this provision shall relieve the owner of the business to which the sign pertains from paying the requisite fees for this service.
