VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend and reenact the fourth enactment of Chapter 429 of the Acts of Assembly of 1989, relating to the Virginia Coal Employment and Production Incentive Tax Credit. [H 2846] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the fourth enactment of Chapter 429 of the Acts of Assembly of 1989 is amended and reenacted as follows:

4. That the provisions of this act shall expire for all tax years beginning on and after January 1, 2001 2005.
