Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding any name or style heretofore given such facility, any airport (i) located partly within a city having a population of at least 260,00 but less than 300,000 and partly within a city having a population greater than 390,000 and (ii) created, acquired, constructed, or operated through or under the control of an airport authority or port and industrial authority provided for in the charter granted to the less populous of those two cities by the General Assembly shall be known as "Hampton Roads International Airport."
