Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 15.1-33.4 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 15.1-33.4. Prohibiting loitering; curfew for minors.

Any city or town may prohibit loitering in, upon or around any public place whether on public or private property and. In addition, the city or town may prohibit minors who are not attended by their parents from frequenting or being in public places whether on public or private property at such times nighttime hours as the governing body deems proper.
