Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 187 of the Acts of Assembly of 1954, as amended, is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt deer in Prince George County with a pistol or shotgun loaded with slugs.

However It shall be unlawful for a landowner or lessee or any other person designated by the game warden may to kill deer with a rifle in Prince George County if although he has obtained a permit issued pursuant to 29.1-529.

§ 2. Any person violating any provision of this act shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
