Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Operation of any truck or tractor truck/semitrailer combination on Pleasant Valley Road in Fairfax County between U. S Route 29 and U. S. Route 50, except for local deliveries, is prohibited. Violation of this section shall constitute a traffic infraction punishable as provided in § 46.2-113 of the Code of Virginia.
