Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 18.2-174.1 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 18.2-174.1. Impersonating certain public safety personnel; penalty.

Any person who willfully impersonates any certified emergency medical services personnel, firefighter, fire marshal, or fire chief shall be guilty of a Class 31 misdemeanor.
