Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 23-2.1:2 as follows:

§ 23-2.1:2. Resource centers for certain employment opportunities.

Each public institution of higher education shall establish a resource center to assist students in obtaining information regarding opportunities for summer or holiday employment.
