Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-746.7:1 as follows:

§ 46.2-746.7:1. Special license plates for members of the Fraternal Order of Police Associates.

On receipt of an application and written evidence that the applicant is a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Associates, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant special license plates bearing the legend: FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE ASSOCIATES.
