Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 3.1-796.94 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted and that the Code of Virginia is amended by adding sections numbered 2.1-111.1, 3.1-796.94:1 and 3.1-796.94:2; by adding in Chapter 1 of Title 14.1 an article numbered 6.2, consisting of a section numbered 14.1-47.3; by adding a title numbered 15.2, consisting of chapters numbered 1 through 63, containing sections numbered 15.2-100 through 15.2-6321; by adding a section numbered 21-134.01; and by adding in Title 37.1 a chapter numbered 15, consisting of sections numbered 37.1-242 through 37.1-253, as follows:
