CHAPTER 298 An Act to amend and reenact the third enactment of Chapter 323 of the Acts of Assembly of 1995, relating to unemployment compensation; tax rates for new employers. [S 960] Approved March 12, 1997

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the third enactment of Chapter 323 of the Acts of Assembly of 1995 is amended and reenacted as follows:

3. That the provisions of this act shall expire on January 1, 1998 2000.
