CHAPTER 91 An Act to amend and reenact § 46.2-2401 of the Code of Virginia, relating to motor launch routes. [H 1814] Approved March 3, 1997

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 46.2-2401 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 46.2-2401. Contents of certificate.

A certificate issued under this chapter shall authorize the holder named in the certificate to transport passengers and property from the point or points of origin named in the certificate over irregular routes to (i) ships anchored or located on the waters within the Commonwealth and (ii) points of land located within the Commonwealth, and to return.
