Study; Department of Information Technology. Requires the Director of the Department, in cooperation with the State Librarian and the State Archivist, to study the feasibility of and costs associated with requiring "public bodies," via the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, to compile, and annually update, an index of certain computer databases maintained or created by them.
