Study; Western Transportation Corridor Study Policy Advisory Committee. Requests the Secretary of Transportation to establish a 22-member Western Transportation Corridor Study Policy Advisory Committee to assist the Virginia Department of Transportation in completing the major investment study conducted in connection with the construction of a western bypass around the Washington metropolitan area.
