SUMMARY:

Acts of bigotry and hatred. Expresses the sense of the General Assembly that acts of bigotry and hatred should not be tolerated, and urges the citizens of the Commonwealth to abide by the laws of the Commonwealth and the nation to ensure that the rights and privileges of all persons are respected and protected so that peace and tranquillity may prevail.
