SUMMARY:
Juvenile records; expungement. Provides that juvenile records involving adjudications of delinquency based upon the commission of acts which would be felonies if committed by adults are not to be destroyed. The sentencing guidelines require that all such adjudications be considered, without regard to the time limitations contained in the current expungement statute.
This bill is recommended by the Sentencing Commission.
