SUMMARY:
Family court. Authorizes the creation of thirty-three new judgeships, to be added to the number of existing juvenile court judges, upon establishment of the family court. The provisions of the bill adding the new judgeships become effective May 1, 1998. The bill also makes technical changes to conform with creation of the family courts.
