SB 68 Child support.

SUMMARY:

Child support. Makes failure to pay child support, in violation of a court or administrative order, punishable as a Class 6 felony if the failure has continued for one year or the amount in arrears is $5,000 or more. Restitution is required upon conviction of the new felony.
