SUMMARY:
Jurisdiction of juvenile and family courts. Clarifies that step parents, grandparents and adult siblings may be found to be persons standing in loco parentis with respect to a minor in those cases in which judicial consent is required for certain activities ( e.g., surgical or medical treatment, applications for work permits, etc.) is required.
