SUMMARY:

Nominations and ballots for presidential elections. Extends the 1996 deadline for a political party to file the names of its presidential and vice-presidential candidates and electors with the State Board of Elections if its national convention is being held after the deadline. The present deadline is the seventy-fourth day before the election (August 23, 1996).
