SUMMARY:

Department of Economic Development; Virginia Economic Development Partnership. Transfers some of the responsibilities of the Department of Economic Development to the Virginia Economic Development Partnership which was created in 1995. The bill contains a number of technical amendments to accomplish this reorganization.
