SUMMARY:
Contractors; suspension and revocation of licenses. Provides that once a license has been revoked or suspended, the license shall not be renewed except as provided by regulations of the Board for Contractors. The Board shall adopt regulations for the relicensure and recertification of contractors and tradesmen.
