SB 597 Undersized crabs.

SUMMARY:

Undersized crabs. Clarifies that undersized crabs in excess of the allowance level, which have been purchased by and are in the possession of a buyer, and crabs which have been transported at least five miles from the nearest salt water do not have to be returned to the water. However, buyers and those transporting crabs at least five miles from salt water would still be subject to existing cull requirements.
