SB 572 Appeals from juvenile and domestic relations district courts.

SUMMARY:

Appeals from juvenile and domestic courts. Provides that an order of a circuit court issued on an appeal from a juvenile and domestic relations district court be filed with the juvenile and domestic relations court within 21 days of its entry. Because the order is an order of the lower court and must be enforced by that court, this ensures that the lower court will have the order in a timely manner. Currently, there is no time limit.
