SUMMARY:
Payment for DUI blood alcohol content tests. Requires that a convicted DUI defendant pay a $25 fee for the test of his breath for blood alcohol content. Currently, a defendant must pay only for a blood test and analysis. The fees generated would be deposited into the general fund of the state treasury.
