SUMMARY:

Alcoholic beverage control; sale of miniature bottles by mixed beverage licensees. Authorizes the sale of miniature bottles (less than 50 milliliters by volume) of alcoholic beverages by mixed beverage licensees. Currently, such licensees are prohibited from delivering original bottles to a consumer.
