Sale of portions of Camp Pendleton to Virginia Beach. Conveys property from the Commonwealth to the City of Virginia Beach for $6.4 million. If the City agrees to act as the local sponsor for a sand-replenishment program, $2.8 million of the purchase price paid by the City shall be returned to it for such program.
