SUMMARY:
Health-related assistance; limited civil immunity for public school teachers. Extends immunity to public school teachers (elementary and secondary) while rendering health-related assistance during an emergency or upon authorization of the child's parent or guardian, unless the acts or omissions were the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
