SUMMARY:
Freedom of Information Act; exemptions relating to University of Virginia Medical Center. Exempts records of the University of Virginia and its Medical Center containing proprietary, business-related information pertaining to the Medical Center from the Freedom of Information Act. The measure also authorizes the Board of Visitors of the University of Virginia to hold closed meetings to discuss such information.
