SUMMARY:
Medical assistance services; clinical social workers and licensed professional counselors. Provides for the direct payment of licensed clinical social workers and licensed professional counselors who provide services reimbursable by Medicaid. The Board is required to set reimbursement rates for clinical psychologists, licensed clinical social workers and licensed professional counselors.
