SUMMARY:
Charitable gaming. Authorizes amusement parks in certain locations to conduct charitable gaming and obtain a wine and beer license. The bill requires amusement parks to donate on a monthly basis, five percent of their net proceeds from the conduct of charitable gaming to volunteer rescue squads. Practices prohibited under the charitable gaming law do not apply to amusement parks. The bill contains technical amendments.
