SUMMARY:
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; discovery in administrative appeals. Requires the Board to permit the licensee to inspect, copy or photograph any evidence as specified which the Board intends to use as evidence in an adversarial procedure against the licensee. Any subpoena for the production of documents shall be accomplished within 10 working days. Failure to produce documents, etc., upon request will prohibit the introduction as evidence of such documents.
