SUMMARY:
Elections; campaign finance disclosure reports. Requires additional information with respect to contributions in excess of $2,000 in the aggregate to a candidate for statewide office or the General Assembly. The bill requires that the contributor provide a statement to the candidate (and that the candidate attach a copy to his contribution and expenditure report) which states whether or not the contributor has been a party to a state regulatory proceeding or contract during the past year and, if so, to identify the proceeding or contract.
