SB 451 Real estate tax.

SUMMARY:

Real estate tax. Authorizes counties and cities that are members of soil and water conservation districts to levy a tax on real property located within the soil and water conservation district. The revenue generated shall be placed in a fund under the control of the districts and shall be used to pay for district operations.
