SUMMARY:
Certificate of transplant surgeon; evidence. Allows for use in evidence in a criminal prosecution, of a certificate of the transplant surgeon who removed organs from the crime victim to establish that such organs were not the cause or a contributing factor to the victim's death. Prior to use of the certificate in evidence, the certificate must be filed with the Medical Examiner and a copy must be given to the Commonwealth's attorney, who must then make it available to the defendant.
