SUMMARY:

Regulation of hospitals, nursing homes, and certified nursing facilities. Eliminates the requirement for annual inspections of all hospitals, nursing homes, and certified nursing facilities, while leaving the requirement for periodic inspections, but not less often than every two years.

This bill is identical to HB 918.
