SUMMARY:

DNA analysis; access. Allows persons who are subject to the mandatory DNA testing to obtain access to the profile data maintained by the Division of Forensic Science upon request if they provide identifying information deemed sufficient by the Division and pay any reasonable charges the Division may assess.
