SUMMARY:

Board for Contractors; membership of the Board and financial reports required of Class A and Class B license applicants. Requires the membership of the Board for Contractors to include equal representation of Classes A, B, and C contractors. The bill also specifies that financial reports required of Class A and Class B contractors may include assets held jointly with the applicant's spouse. Class C contractor license applicants are not required to provide financial statements under current law.
