SUMMARY:

T&M, trailer, and motorcycle dealers. Removes trailer and motorcycle dealers from regulation as T&M vehicle dealers and makes them subject to their own regulatory schemes, leaving travel trailer dealers and motor home dealers subject to continued regulation as T&M vehicle dealers. This bill is a duplicate of HB 1243.
