SUMMARY:
Health care providers; immunity for services without charge. Clarifies immunity from liability which is currently provided for health care providers while delivering services without charge. This provision modifies the provisions relating to hospitals, clinics, and health professionals to allow a reasonable minimum fee to cover administrative costs for the delivery of medical or other health services as well as dental services and to affirm the immunity of clinics that so charge.
