SB 38 Administrative license revocation.
Introduced by: Stephen D. Newman | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Administrative license revocation. Brings minors within the ambit of administrative license revocation for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substance or substances or a combination thereof by allowing for review of either an arrest or summons in a court with jurisdiction over juveniles. This bill responds to several recent court decisions which identified the lack of jurisdiction as a problem.
